Senior PMO Analyst - Insurance, Excel, Power BI, Change
Up to £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Brighton / London (Hybrid) - 1 or 2 days per week onsite
6 Months initial contract
My client is an instantly recognisable Insurer, who are urgently looking to hire a Senior PMO Analyst with demonstrable Insurance industry experience along with proven delivery experience across end-to-end Transformation Programmes (Technology and Business Change).
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior PMO Analyst / Programme PMO / Portfolio PMO with demonstrable Insurance industry experience
- Previous delivery experience across end-to-end Transformation Programmes (Technology and Business Change)
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana) and advanced Data Analytics / Visualization tools (MS Excel, Power BI)
- Strong, authoritative personality with ability to challenge and build rapport with key senior stakeholders
- Expertise in providing oversight and Governance
- Risk & Issue Management responsibilities including Tracking RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, monitoring financial budgets, and forecast future resource utilisation
- Ability to manage interdependencies, risk, and delivery pace in regulated environments
- Ability to take ownership and deliver change in challenging environments
- Clear, confident and concise communication skills and style
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working
