Senior PMO Analyst
Senior PMO Analyst – Made Tech (via hackajob)

We are looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to connect operation project management with strategic portfolio oversight, contributing to our Delivery Management & PMO capability.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations Support
- Oversight & reporting of complex financial & contract deliverables:
- Oversee and produce advanced financial reports, including contract/SOW burndown, forecasting, and expense tracking for multiple account teams.
- Act as the escalation point for invoice reviews, Time on Illustration (TOIL) validations, and client asset management.
- Provide strategic, visual, and compelling reporting for stakeholders—ranging from department leads to C-Suite—on:
- SLA/KPI adherence
- Social value commitments
- Commercial performance metrics
- Resource & capacity management:
- Manage team capacity, work plans, and schedules across complex or multiple workstreams, balancing client delivery with Made Tech’s commercial objectives.
- Mentorship & team development:
- Mentor and coach mid-level and Associate PMO Analysts.
- Delegate operational tasks to align contributions with overall PMO strategy.
Delivery Assurance Support
- PMO governance & standards:
- Establish, maintain, and maturity-grow PMO standards and governance across your assigned portfolio of projects.
- Drive consistency in risk, dependency, and portfolio management through robust RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring action plans are pursued to conclusion.
- Schedule and facilitate high-level project health reviews and agile assurance checkpoints to keep projects on track.
- Senior stakeholder management:
- Act as a senior voice and active participant in Made Tech’s Delivery Management community.
- Handle advanced stakeholder engagements, negotiate challenges, and manage expectations across agile/evolutionary projects.
Capability Improvements
- PMO refinement & best practice elevation:
- Lead the design and implementation of Agile delivery management plans and continuous capability improvements.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in agile methodologies to standardise and elevate PMO processes.
- Partner with the Lead PMO Analyst to develop and refine the PMO service catalogue.

- Experience in budget management, cost control, revenue recognition, and commercial forecasting.
- Contractual nuance (SOW analysis, milestone alignment, change control).
- Deep expertise in measuring ROI, delivering on benefits realisation.
Delivery & Growth
- Complex Agile delivery experience:
- Substantial hands-on experience leading multifunctional Agile programmes across the full lifecycle.
- Change management proficiency:
- Experience executing or supporting high-impact business transformation programs.
Leadership & Stakeholder Critical Skills
- Soft influence & leadership:
- Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and manage up across all organisation levels.
- Proven track record in mentoring or coaching professionals—especially in advisory/matrix management roles.
- Risk & dependency management:
- Strategic foresight in identifying cross-portfolio risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, resolving them toward agreed timelines.
About This Role
This is a crucial operational and strategic role for elevating Made Tech’s delivery management focus. While the ideal candidate would bring most of these skills, we welcome candidates who can demonstrate:
- Shared commitment to ethical technology and public sector impact.
- Resilience and collaboration under pressure.
- Passion for Agile improvement across the full proposition setter-to-delivery lifecycle.

Security Check (SC) Eligibility
As a Made Tech partner, most customer projects require minimum SC clearance. To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
- 5 years continuous UK residency AND
- 5 years full-time employment history (or continuous education).
- We cannot proceed with candidates who cannot provide this.
