Senior PMO Analyst / Lead
We are seeking a Senior PMO Analyst / Lead to work alongside a Programme Manager on a large-scale initiative spanning the wider data function, from Client Onboarding through to Client Reporting. The role will play a key part in establishing strong governance, planning, and delivery discipline across the programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Support programme planning and delivery coordination
- Manage resource tracking and capacity oversight
- Prepare and maintain Steering Committee and Design Forum materials
- Set up and embed reporting frameworks and work management tooling
- Help define and maintain governance processes and ways of working

Required Experience
- Strong PMO experience at programme or portfolio level
- Proven ability to build governance frameworks and reporting structures
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to challenge constructively and hold teams accountable
- Experience supporting large-scale data or transformation programmes
