Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Porter to join our EPIC team at Canopy London City.
Description
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Senior Porter will play a key role in achieving excellent Housekeeping standard across hotel public areas and meeting rooms. Also, ensuring a high degree of guest care and services are provided all the time and maintaining the cleanness standards to bought front and back of houses areas.
About The Role
- Ensure all public areas are clean and presented to require standards throughout the night.
- Ensure all scheduled deep cleanings are completed on time with following all safety guidelines and measurements.
- Ensure all cleaning material are used and stored correctly as per hotel standards.
- Effectively communicate between yourself and management team to ensure all cleaning tasks are recorded and monitored according to the hotel standards.
- Responds to requests from supervisors, or management in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
