Senior Portfolio Manager – Community Health Partnerships (CHP)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team—web Bombard on patient care for locally based services, love working in a fast-paced environment, and are seeking career growth? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities will include:
Portfolio Management
- Take accountability for the performance of a regional property portfolio, including:
- Estates management
- Line management
- Delivery of head tenancy functions to tenants
- Ensure the operational team fulfils their responsibilities as head tenant, including:
- Building management requirements
- Driving a team ethos focused on excellent customer experience
Contract & Compliance Oversight
- Oversee formal tenant representatives for LPA/LRA contracts to:
- Ensure their duties are carried out effectively
- Identify and deliver service improvements
- Maintain operational compliance, standards, and service excellence
- Uphold best practice with support from national resources

Stakeholder Relationships
- Develop strong partnerships with Landlord Representatives (Managed Service Providers – MSPs)
Location & Eligibility
- Based in the South & East region of England
- Applicants must live within commutable distance
