Senior Portfolio Manager – Community Health Partnerships (CHP)

About the Role

At Community Health Partnerships (CHP), we’re dedicated to improving health outcomes by creating the spaces where care happens. As a wholly owned company of the Department of Health and Social Care, we manage over 300 high-quality community health buildings across England.

We work in partnership with the NHS and local systems to deliver innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions that support:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team—web Bombard on patient care for locally based services, love working in a fast-paced environment, and are seeking career growth? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities will include:

Portfolio Management

  • Take accountability for the performance of a regional property portfolio, including:
    • Estates management
    • Line management
    • Delivery of head tenancy functions to tenants
  • Ensure the operational team fulfils their responsibilities as head tenant, including:
    • Building management requirements
    • Driving a team ethos focused on excellent customer experience

Contract & Compliance Oversight

  • Oversee formal tenant representatives for LPA/LRA contracts to:
    • Ensure their duties are carried out effectively
    • Identify and deliver service improvements
    • Maintain operational compliance, standards, and service excellence
    • Uphold best practice with support from national resources

Stakeholder Relationships

  • Develop strong partnerships with Landlord Representatives (Managed Service Providers – MSPs)

Location & Eligibility

  • Based in the South & East region of England
  • Applicants must live within commutable distance
