IMAGINE is a post-production studio specialising in image, film and print, partnering with many of the world's leading fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands. We believe exceptional work comes from exceptional people, and we've built a studio where creativity, collaboration and craft sit at the centre of everything we do.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Post-Producer to join our team.
The Role
As a Senior Post-Producer, you'll lead some of the studio's most important projects, taking ownership from initial brief through to final delivery. You'll build trusted relationships with clients, photographers and creative teams, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest creative, technical and commercial standard.

- Working closely with Retouchers, Project Operations and Senior Management, you'll help shape project strategy, resource planning and delivery, balancing exceptional client service with the day to day management of projects.
- Beyond your own projects, you'll mentor members of the Production team, contribute to workflow improvements and play a key role in maintaining the collaborative, solutions-focused culture that defines IMAGINE.
About You
- You're an experienced post-producer with a strong background in high-end image production and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional work.
- You communicate with confidence, build lasting client relationships and remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- You have excellent commercial judgement, understand the realities of premium post-production, and know how to balance quality, scope and deadlines.
- You're equally comfortable leading complex client conversations, supporting colleagues and helping improve the way a production team operates.
- Above all, you're collaborative, proactive and committed to continually raising standards for both the work and the people around you.
