The Role: Senior Post Producer
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Post Producer to lead the planning, management, and delivery of complex post-production projects across our UK Production operations. Primarily based at Gramercy Park Studios, our boutique post-production hub, you will support the wider UK studio network, agency teams, and clients, ensuring work meets the highest creative and technical standards.
This is a senior production role requiring deep expertise in the end-to-end post-production process, including:
- Editorial
- Grading
- Audio
- VFX & CGI
- Motion graphics
- Finishing
- Delivery
You will:
- Shape workflows
- Build schedules
- Manage budgets
- Align specialist teams
- Ensure successful delivery across multiple formats, channels, and content needs

- Strength in leading post houses, integrated production environments, or agency operations
- Equally skilled at managing premium craft-led projects, navigating fast-moving stakeholder environments, and solving complex resourcing and delivery challenges
- A bridge between creative ambition and operational excellence, ensuring clarity, control, and confidence throughout the post-production lifecycle

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead day-to-day post-production management, from brief to final delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-standard output
- Build and manage detailed schedules, workflows, scopes, and resourcing plans for:
- Editorial
- Design
- Motion
- VFX & CGI
- AI
- Grading
- Audio
- Finishing & Versioning
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner creatively with teams to define the most efficient post-production approach, balancing craft excellence, efficiency, and commercial needs
- Serve as the key point of contact for:
- Internal stakeholders
- Agency teams
- Clients
- Specialist post-production talent
Workplace & Studio Coordination
- Work closely with Gramercy Park Studios and the broader UK studio network to align talent, skills, and workflows across ranging project scales and complexities
Financial & Creative Accountability
- Take ownership of post-production budgets, including estimates, reconciliations, and financial tracking
- Identify and proactively resolve risks related to timing, scope, feedback, resources, and technical dependencies
Technical & Quality Control
- Ensure precisely managed review/approval processes, capturing and actioning feedback across internal and external teams
- Support VFX, CGI, and AI workflows, with expertise in technical coordination and quality control
Relationship building
- Build trusted relationships with editors, colourists, designers, animators, VFX artists, CG teams, producers, and creative leads
- Contribute to evolving WPP Production’s post-production capabilities, driving modern, scalable practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a post-production producer at a leading post house, agency, or production business
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end post-production workflows (editorial, colour, sound, motion graphics, VFX, CGI, AI, finishing, delivery, versioning)
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects, balancing creativity, operations, and commercial requirements
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and resource management experience across large-scale and high-stakes projects
- Understanding of VFX, CGI, and AI workflows, including additional planning, technical coordination, and QA needs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for creative, technical, commercial, and client-facing interactions
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems calmly under tight deadlines
- Experience collaborating with senior creatives, directors, artists, and clients to deliver high-quality multi-channel work
- Proficiency in technical delivery requirements, file formats, and modern post-production workflows

Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in both boutique craft-led studios and scaled production networks
- Knowledge of virtual production, real-time pipelines, or advanced CGI
- Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation, post-production, and asset adaptation
- Work with global brands across integrated campaigns, content systems, and multi-market delivery
- Established network of freelance and specialist post-production talent
