This role reports onsite in our London office.

The Role
As a Senior Post Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our world-class animated and live-action content moves seamlessly from production to delivery. Managing a diverse slate of global projects, you will bridge the gap between creative teams, technical staff, and external partners, ensuring that our high-quality standards are maintained at scale.
This is not a passive coordination role; you will have genuine ownership over workflows, timelines, and delivery pipelines. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Producers, Editorial and Tech to optimize our post-production ecosystems. Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Border Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the UK-based audio and video post-production teams while collaborating closely with the US team to ensure global alignment and creative cohesion.
- Resource & Schedule Tracking: Masterfully manage complex post-production schedules, resource allocation, and project management tracking systems (e.g., ShotGrid, Monday.com) to keep teams organized and accountable.
- End-to-End Pipeline Oversight: Oversee the entire post-production lifecycle across multiple concurrent audio and video content streams, ensuring all creative and technical milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Workflow Optimization: Continuously evaluate, design, and implement highly efficient workflows across editing, sound design, mixing, and color grading to maximize team output.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and work closely with cross-departmental stakeholders to align post-production capabilities with broader business objectives and delivery needs.
- External Talent & Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external facilities, freelancers, and platform delivery teams; source and negotiate with vendors, manage onboarding, and foster collaborative partnerships.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Guarantee that all final masters undergo thorough internal checks, meet multi-language delivery requirements, and strictly adhere to global broadcast and streaming technical standards before official QC submission.
- Proactive Troubleshooting: Anticipate and swiftly resolve technical bottlenecks, pipeline friction, or scheduling conflicts before they impact delivery timelines.
- Budget Management: Monitoring your team spend, with the support of finance teams internally. Internal recharging required for budgeting and tracking internal job costs, alongside finance.

Requirements
- Industry Experience: Proven experience working as a Post Production Manager or Senior Coordinator within a fast-paced production company, studio, or post-house. Experience with kids' content, animation, or high-volume digital media is highly advantageous.
- Technical Compliance & Delivery: Serve as the final gatekeeper for all technical specifications, ensuring assets are properly mastered for global distribution, including correct wrapping, codec utilisation and audio mapping.
- Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of modern post-production pipelines, including offline/online editing, audio mixing, color workflows (HDR/SDR), codecs, frame rates, and multi-platform delivery specs.
- Software Familiarity: Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Monday.com, Jira) and a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud & DaVinci Resolve & Pro Tools workflows.
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple complex schedules simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Communication Skills: Strong, clear verbal and written communication style, with the ability to translate technical post-production concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
