Profile
Senior Power Platform Analyst with proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex, regulated environments (20,000+ users). Strong background in driving platform adoption, governance, and strategy, alongside hands-on delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform stack. Experienced in mentoring teams, enabling citizen development, and delivering business value through low-code solutions.

- Delivered Power Platform solutions across large enterprise organisations (20,000+ users), ensuring scalability and performance
- Defined and matured governance frameworks within complex and regulated environments
- Supported Power Platform strategy and implementation within the Energy sector (desirable)
- Mentored junior consultants through technical delivery and best practice adoption
- Implemented and utilised Power Platform CoE Starter Kit to support governance and adoption
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Contribute to governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, and ALM
- Support the development and maturity of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions
- Monitor, maintain, and optimise platform usage and performance
- Ensure compliance with organisational security and architectural standards
- Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement
