Senior Power Platform Analyst – 12 Month FTC
About the Role
Search for a Senior Power Platform Analyst with proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions in complex, regulated environments (20k+ users). You’re the powerhouse who drives strategy, governance, adoption, and hands-on delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform stack. You’ll also mentor teams, foster citizen development, and ensure business value through low-code innovation.
Your expertise spans Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, with a focus on governance frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile/Scrum methodology. You’ll execute as a leader—straddling the line between rapid delivery, scalability, and enterprise integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Define and enforce governance policies, including:
- Environment strategy and lifecycle management
- Data Loss Preventions (DLP) and risk controls
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards
- Spearhead growth of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Power Platform by contributing best practices, frameworks, and adoption initiatives
- Partner with tech leads and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions
- Monitor performance, optimise usage, and troubleshoot platform issues across large implementations
- Champion adoption through training, mentorship, and enablement of citizen developers
- Lead sprint planning and backlog management to enhance efficiency and impact
- Maximise Power Platform capabilities while enshringing organisational security and architecture standards

- Energy sector experience (desirable)
- Built and scaled Power Platform components in regulated, data-centric environments
- Aligned solutions with strategic objectives while addressing real-world challenges
CoE Leadership
- Utilised the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit to strengthen model deployment, monitoring, and performant workflows
- Mentored teams to adopt governance best practices
Certifications
Required
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
- Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
Desirable
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600)
