We are looking for a hands‑on Technology Consultant to lead the envisioning, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft automation and agentic AI solutions. You’ll shape roadmaps with executive stakeholders, design and build Copilot Studio (Full), Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI solutions, and drive measurable business impact (adoption, cycle time reduction, presales hours saved, and cost per agent action).
Key Responsibilities
Technology Consulting Lead discovery and envisioning workshops to identify high‑value AI use cases; define problem statements, success metrics, and ROI (e.g., cycle time reduction, presales hours saved, cost per agent action). Translate business requirements into solution options and roadmaps; present trade‑offs clearly to executive and technical stakeholders. Run demos, PoVs/PoTs/PoVs, produce proposals, SoWs, and fit‑gap analyses; align co‑sell motions with Microsoft field teams (CSA, PDM) and partner programs (e.g., Kickstarter). Advise on governance, security, adoption for Copilot Agents and Power Platform at scale (environment strategy, DLP, RBAC, telemetry, ALM).
Hands‑on Technical Delivery Own solution architecture for AI agents and applications using Copilot Studio (Full), Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI; establish security, governance, and performance baselines. Design and implement LLM-powered solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, grounded generation) with data governance, telemetry, and quality monitoring (LLMOps). Integrate Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and APIs; promote reuse of organizational assets. Build automation with Power Automate Cloud and Desktop; configure Cloud PC pool for Desktop Flows and Computer Use agents where appropriate. Define non-functional requirements; establish CI/CD (Azure Pipelines/GitHub Actions), automated testing, and automated deployments. Harden solutions for security, privacy, and performance; ensure reproducibility, documentation, and operational readiness. Deliver POC/POV/POTs and production-grade implementations; guide fit‑gap analysis and oversee deployments. Champion Copilot Agent security & governance (role-based access, data loss controls, audit/observability). Mentor engineering teams and contribute to accelerators, reference architectures, and best practices; support RPA/Desktop Flows when required.

Consulting Core Structured communication (storylining, executive summaries, data‑backed recommendations). Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation; bridge business and engineering. Solution shaping: options analysis, risk management, and commercial awareness (SoW creation, effort sizing).

Technical Core Copilot Studio (Full) and Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate Cloud/Desktop, Dataverse; Dynamics 365 integration. Agentic AI: design LLM agents with LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen; retrieval strategies; vector search. Programming: Python and/or .NET; SQL; REST/Graph; eventing; strong integration patterns. CI/CD & ALM: Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; source control; pipeline gating; automated deployment. Security & Governance: DLP, RBAC, environment strategy, audit/telemetry; secure‑by‑design and Responsible AI practices. LLMOps: telemetry, evaluation, drift detection, prompt/knowledge updates, and safe rollout practices.
Preferred / Good to Have Experience with emerging Copilot Studio capabilities (e.g., Computer Use agents) and Cloud PC pool for Desktop Flows. Power Platform governance at scale (DLP, environment strategy, ALM, telemetry, CoE patterns). Knowledge of Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and co‑sell (Business Applications partner initiatives). UK Public Sector exposure; existing SC clearance (nice to have for certain client engagements). Certifications: PL‑200/PL‑400/PL‑600, AI‑102, DP‑203, MB‑700.
