PPC Executive
Location: Banbury Type: Hybrid (2 days per week) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Join a high-growth D2C digital scale-up
We're partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed D2C digital business that is significantly expanding its digital marketing team. Working within a genuine test and learn culture, you'll take ownership of Google Ads campaigns, influence customer acquisition strategy, and play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth.
The Role
Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll:
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, including CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
- Test ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to maximise customer acquisition

About You
You'll ideally have:
- 2-5 years’ PPC experience in a D2C, ecommerce, lead generation, or agency environment
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
- A proven track record of improving campaign performance through testing and optimisation
- A commercial, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
