The Role
As a Senior Paid Search Executive, you’ll take ownership of our global paid search campaigns, focusing on driving traffic, improving conversions, and maximising ROI across all search platforms. This role involves shaping our digital advertising strategy and collaborating cross-functionally to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Search Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Track and report KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Continuously optimise keyword lists and negative keywords while monitoring budgets.
Data-Driven Strategy & Execution
- Analyse campaign performance data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop strategies to increase traffic, boost conversions, and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to refine campaign strategies using customer insights.

Budget Management
- Work closely with the Head of Paid to manage the budget efficiently, ensuring spending aligns with business objectives.
- Optimise spend against target ROAS while scaling search efforts for growth.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Align paid and organic search efforts with the SEO team.
- Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Industry Insight
- Stay updated on the latest paid search and digital marketing trends.
- Identify new opportunities using AI tools and workflow optimisations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing, ideally in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer roles.
- Proven success in managing significant budgets with measurable results (ROI, CPA, ROAS).
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads (certification is advantageous).
- Fluent Spanish preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, performance tracking).
- A/B testing tools and techniques.
- Large dataset analysis for campaign optimisation.
- Landing page optimisation, copywriting, and customer journey mapping.
- SEO integration with paid search strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to present data-driven recommendations internally.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking multiple campaigns.
