About the role
As a Senior PPC Manager at Pixated, you'll be responsible for unlocking the digital growth opportunities available to our clients through marketing strategy creation and development. You'll also be focused on building relationships and proactively identifying new opportunities via services offered in-house.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base. Your expertise in paid media management, client communication, and leadership will be essential in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Building and overseeing Google Ads campaign strategies
- Providing analysis and making recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Managing and nurturing client relationships
- Supporting with campaign setups and optimisations
- Day to day management of team resources
- Supporting the business development team with new business proposals and pitches
- Working with the wider team to implement and improve business processes
- Managing and overseeing the paid media and content teams
- Supporting with team development and training
- Report writing and campaign success measurement
Platform knowledge
- Google ads (required)
- Google analytics (required)
- Google Tag Manager (required)
Who are we looking for
- Someone that is very organised and can manage multiple tasks
- Minimum 6 years of experience within a Google Ads or account management role
- Excellent communicator
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team or mentoring junior account managers
- Dynamic approach to challenges
- Creative thinker
- Willingness to learn new skill-sets
- Excited by a fast-moving agency landscape
