About Bottled Imagination
Bottled Imagination has been on the PR scene for almost four years, launching stand-out campaigns that get our clients (and the press) excited. We are in an exciting stage of growth and we’re looking for senior PRs to join us on this journey, helping us to lead a team of outstanding PRs.
Your Aims in the Role
- Build an imaginatively driven agency culture: To develop a team and culture that approaches ideation differently, creating campaigns that feel original, culturally relevant, and genuinely enviable.
- Foster proactive ownership: To empower individuals to take full responsibility for their clients, campaigns, and workload, operating with autonomy while contributing to a fast-moving, supportive team environment. You should lead by example here.
- Demonstrate senior-level expertise: To operate as the senior strategic lead across your accounts, bringing 5–6+ years of PR experience, confident decision-making, and consistently high-quality delivery.
- Drive commercial performance: To manage budgets effectively, identify growth opportunities, lead upsell conversations where appropriate, and confidently own client renewals.
- Develop high-performing teams: To actively manage and mentor team members, recognize individual strengths, support progression, and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Lead senior client relationships: To build trusted partnerships at all levels, including confidently presenting performance and strategic direction to C-level stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
