We're now hiring for a Senior PR & Marketing Manager - Restaurants & Bars - to drive the commercial success, brand positioning and reputation of a portfolio of 5 destination and 9 neighbourhood restaurants and bars through integrated marketing, PR, digital activity, partnerships, creativity and team leadership!
PPHE Hotel Group is an international hospitality group with a wealth of hotels and destination restaurant and bars. We are looking for someone who would be interested in a diverse multi-region role based in London with a fast paced, creative and collaborative team environment.
Key Senior PR & Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies for all restaurant and bar outlets.
- Support and deliver new openings, refurbishments, concept launches and brand marketing plans across EMEA.
- Drive revenue through integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and partnerships.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends and market opportunities.
- Analyse campaign/sponsorship effectiveness, KPIs and ROI.
- Leverage PR agencies, media relationships, drinks brands and sponsorship opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice and compliance across all channels.
- Manage listings, websites, social platforms, newsletters and marketing collateral.
- Support internal communications
- Coordinate press visits, photography, filming and key events.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing, social media and agency partners on Google Ads, Performance Max (PMAX), Meta Campaigns, Email marketing, Social media Strategy.
- Partner with Operational Managers and senior leadership to align marketing activity with business objectives.
- Manage and develop the PR & Communications Manager – Restaurants & Bars.
- Support wider team development, resource planning and training initiatives.
- Manage budgets, contracts, project timelines and approvals in line with P&L objectives.
- Produce monthly commercial reports, quarterly investor reports and campaign performance updates

About You
This role would be suited to a creative, flexible individual who has a high degree of drive and self-motivation, and who gets a buzz out of achieving their goals and thrives off working in the restaurant and bar industry and can spin multiple plates.
- Passionate about social media and restaurant and bar trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Marketing experience in a hospitality or restaurant and bar background
- Someone who is proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva and Indesign would be a bonus!
- Experience with branding, creative messaging and developing and executing promotional and tactical campaigns.
- Understanding of contemporary graphic design and an eye for creativity.
