📍 London | Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Are you the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes?
We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing professional services business looking for a Senior Practice Manager to become the operational backbone of the organisation.
You'll take ownership of operations, compliance, technology, people and client experience, working closely with the founders to help scale the business.

You'll be responsible for:
- Driving operational excellence across the practice
- Improving systems, workflows and embracing AI & technology
- Leading compliance, governance and quality processes
- Managing HR operations, onboarding and employee experience
- Enhancing client onboarding and overall client satisfaction
- Supporting leadership with strategic projects as the business continues to grow
We're looking for someone who:
- Has significant experience in practice, operations or business management within a professional services environment
- Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Loves improving processes and implementing better ways of working
- Is highly organised, commercially minded and thrives on autonomy
- Can confidently manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Has an interest in consumer/product focused businesses
- Enjoys working in a growing, entrepreneurial business where no two days are the same
