Senior Pre-Construction Manager

Location: London
Salary: £70,000–£95,000 + Team Bonus

Are you an experienced Pre-Construction professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're working with a growing Design & Build contractor that delivers high-quality commercial workplace projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead the front-end delivery of projects from concept through to handover, with a genuine opportunity to progress into a Head of Pre-Construction role within the next 12–18 months.

The Role

You'll lead the pre-construction process on commercial fit-out and Design & Build projects, managing everything from feasibility and estimating through to client presentations, programme development and successful handover to the operations team. Working closely with clients, designers, project teams and the supply chain, you'll ensure projects are commercially viable, technically compliant and ready for successful delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
