Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Pre-Sales Consultant to:
- Lead discovery workshops with prospective clients to understand their regulatory reporting processes, data architecture, and business challenges
- Design solution approaches that address client requirements while aligning with Suade's product capabilities
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each client's use case
- Respond to RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, and technical assessments
- Work closely with Product Management to communicate market feedback and influence product direction
- Support complex sales cycles by acting as the trusted technical advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Produce high-quality solution documentation, implementation approaches, and value propositions
- Stay up to date with evolving regulatory frameworks across capital, liquidity, and statistical reporting
- Represent Suade at industry conferences, roundtables, webinars, and client events

Compensation
Salary: £80,000 to £110,000, based on experience

- We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates who need visa sponsorship now, or will need visa sponsorship in future, will not be considered
- This role is based in London. Suade has a flexible working policy, but you will need to be available to come into the London office when required. Some travel may be required

Requirements
Skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or Regulatory Reporting
- A proven track record of supporting and influencing successful enterprise software sales, with the ability to demonstrate your contribution to winning complex, high-value opportunities
- Strong understanding of banking regulatory reporting (e.g. COREP, FINREP, Liquidity, Large Exposures, Leverage Ratio, Resolution Reporting, or similar)
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders within financial institutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Experience responding to RFPs and technical questionnaires
- A consultative approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery
