About Fin

Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing solution on the market, enabling seamless support—from service to sales to ecommerce—through AI-powered automation. With minimal integration and native Intercom integration, Fin transforms customer support operations globally, serving nearly 30,000 businesses.

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Engagement Manager (Pre-Sales) to define the right AI transformation path for customers before contracts are signed. This role is more than "follow-the-playbook" working—you’ll help us build the playbook.
As part of the pre-sales team, you’ll collaborate closely with customers (from Directors to C-level) and the Sales team to clarify goals, tailor deployment strategies, and ensure customers launch fast, see value quickly, and avoid costly rework.
What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Turn ambiguity into clarity
- Lead services scoping sessions to understand customer pain points, goals, and operational constraints, translating them into a clear deployment strategy.
- Own the service narrative
- Bridge the gap between pre-sales, Sales, and customers to align on statements of work (SOWs), values, and outcome expectations.
- Translate business & technical needs
- Draft precise SOWs, including scope, assumptions, timelines, dependencies, and customer-specific obligations.
- Design scalable AI solutions
- Guide customers in reimagining – not replicating – workflows with AI, ensuring transformations are sustainable and impactful.
- Assess complexity, guide decisions
- Evaluate workspaces, workflows, Fin readiness, migration intricacy, and integrations, distilling insights into actionable SOWs.
- Connect customer impacts with delivery partners
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between promises and deliverables.
- Continuously improve processes
- Contribute to refinements in pre-sales workflows, tooling, and scalable working practices.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
