The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Pre-Sales Senior Engagement Manager to bring Fin to life for customers—before a contract is signed.

You’ll work directly with customers and our Sales team to define the right deployment approach so they can: ✔ Launch fast and see value ✔ Avoid painful rework later

This role transcends a traditional pre-sales function. You’ll adopt a visionaries mindset—building our playbook as much as following it.

Responsibilities

Collaborate & Define Solutions

Turn ambiguity into clarity

  • Lead services scoping workshops with customers (Director to C-Level) to uncover:
    • Their support operations
    • Goals and constraints
  • Translate insights into a clear deployment path forward, removing roadblocks

Build Pre-Sales Confidence

Partner closely with Sales to:

  • Position Fin’s services
  • Shape deals strategically
  • Ready customers for value from day one

Scope & Storytelling

Shape the narrative and documentation

  • Draft Statement of Work (SOW) documents that define:
    • Scope
    • Assumptions
    • Exclusions
    • Realistic timelines
    • Dependencies
    • Customer’s responsibilities
  • Present tailored adoption strategies that drive efficiency without stagnating from tech fatigue

Strategic AI Leadership

Craft automated, customer-centric workflows

  • Guide customers in rethinking their support experience using AI—beyond just replication.
  • Rethink: Simply embedding Fin into repetitive tasks is not effective; instead, embed Fin with intention!

Assess Complexity

Evaluate deals holistically:

  • Analyze workspace and workflow design
  • Judge Fin’s readiness for the business
  • Assess migration complexity, including integrations
  • Translate complexity into realistic SOWs

Bridge the Gap

Ensure alignment across teams

  • Connect customer needs to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Deliver promise integrity—guard against misaligned expectations

Innovate & Optimise

Drive pre-sales and delivery efficiency

  • Contribute to process improvements in:
    • Tooling
    • Scalable pre-sales workflows
    • Post-sale engagement

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years in consulting, pre-sales, solutions, or customer success
    • Proven track record of solving real customer problems

  • SOW expert: Proven ability to write clear, acceptable SOPs that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Commercial mindset + ability to partner with Sales to drive revenue

  • Proactive exploration of SaaS + AI automation—not just lip service
