About the Role
AIG Multinational is an exciting global business area within AIG that designs, implements, and services bespoke multinational insurance solutions for global customers. Our mission is to empower clients and broker partners by helping them navigate complex cross-border risks with confidence and consistency.
As part of the UW (Underwriting) functional area, the Senior Premium Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering customised, compliant, and seamless solutions that align with clients’ risk management objectives. This dynamic role—working alongside a multi-disciplinary team—focuses on exploring and delivering innovative solutions to meet the global insurance needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for servicing all reinsurance-related requirements for a portfolio of multinational gross and net line captive accounts.
- Partner with Producing Offices and Client Executives to design and deliver multinational solutions.
- Coordinate premium-related activities, including:
- Invoice issuance
- Reconciliation
- Cash flow tracking
- Data analysis Ensuring accuracy across systems and timely communications with stakeholders.
- Act as the central point of contact for:
- Reinsurers
- Brokers
- Regional offices Introducing clear service delivery management, quick issue resolution, and compliance with program requirements.
- Drive consistency and process improvements:
- Identify remediation actions
- Ensure program compliance with corporate requirements and contractual commitments.
- Onboard new accounts and manage:
- Seamless implementation of global programs
- Renewals
- Timelines
- Alignment with service expectations.
- Promptly resolve client and reinsurer issues, including:
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting Claims to distribute program and reinsurer details when necessary.
- Thoroughly monitor all accounts, ensuring custom service delivery solutions that meet—and exceed—clients’ needs and commitments.
- Provide collaboration and support to colleagues as required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
This role is ideal for an analytical problem-solver with:
- Strong experience in a client-facing role within insurance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, report creation, rigorous attention to detail).
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage accurate, timely reports.
- Excellence in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-centric mindset emphasising internal and external collaboration.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
