About the Role

AIG Multinational is an exciting business area within AIG that designs, implements, and services bespoke multinational insurance solutions for our global customers. We empower our clients and broker partners to navigate complex cross-border risks with confidence and consistency.

You’ll collaborate with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to explore and deliver innovative solutions for global insurance needs.


How You Will Create an Impact

This is a fantastic client-facing role for an inquisitive, analytical problem solver ready to progress within the insurance industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the servicing of all reinsurance-related requirements for a portfolio of multinational gross and net line captive accounts.
  • Partnering with Producing Offices and Client Executives to design and deliver Multinational solutions.
  • Coordinating premium-related activities, including:
    • Invoice issuance
    • Reconciliation
    • Cash flow tracking
    • Data analysis
    • Ensuring accuracy across systems and timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Serving as the central point of contact for internal and external parties, including reinsurers, brokers, and regional offices, to manage service delivery, resolve issues, and meet program requirements.
  • Ensuring consistency and process improvements, identifying remediation actions, and maintaining program compliance with corporate and contractual commitments.
  • Leading the onboarding of new accounts and managing the seamless implementation and renewal of global programs, including timelines and alignment with service expectations.
  • Promptly resolving client and reinsurer issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting Claims teams with program and reinsurer details when needed.
  • Monitoring accounts regularly to ensure customised service delivery aligns with client needs and commitments.
  • Providing support and collaboration to colleagues as necessary.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience in a client-facing role within the insurance sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to create and manage accurate, timely reports with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A client-centric mindset, fostering both internal and external collaboration.
  • Strong work ethic with enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding time management skills, including multi-task prioritisation.

Location

  • Company AIG Europe S.A. (U.K. Branch) & American International Group UK Ltd
  • Working hours: Primarily in-office to facilitate collaboration and a supportive, connected team environment.
