Senior Presentations Associate
Salary: Up to £29,399 depending on experience + 10% shift allowance (£32,338.90 total), plus company benefits
Location: Darwin House, Leeds Valley Park, Savannah Way, Leeds LS10 1AB
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 15:00 - 23:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break)
Work Model: Initial 6 months onsite, progressing to hybrid work

Purpose of the Role
You will join a high-profile client-focused team, responsible for:
- Managing workflow and client relationships
- Ensuring high-quality output and presentation materials
- Supporting pitchbook-style materials for a Financial Advisory role
- Working predominantly with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- With a hybrid working model, autonomy is expected, including taking client briefs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Presentation Production: Manage the creation of slide decks, reports, and client assets using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Client Liaison: Work directly with clients, taking briefs, and agreeing on requirements
- Execution & Delivery: Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld under pressure
- Personal Briefs: Take and document client requirements while leading on small projects as needed
- Branding & Compliance: Apply clients’ brand guidelines consistently across all materials
- Support & Collaboration: Work closely with the client team on productions, revisions, and presentations
- Technical & Design Guidance: Advise clients on the most efficient design and technical solutions
- Leadership & Cover: Step in for operational decisions when the Team Leader is unavailable
- Knowledge Sharing: Develop and share best practices to continuously improve workflows
- Software Upskilling: Stay updated on new tools, software trends, and client brand guideline changes

Key Competencies
Technical Skills
- Advanced PowerPoint & Excel: Creation and detailed manipulation (charts, data manipulation, complex layouts)
- Microsoft Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Adobe Creative Suite: Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a strong advantage
- Recreation of Charts: Ability to replicate existing charts from physical materials
Client & Delivery
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in layout, formatting, and creative output
- Client Relationships: Experience managing client requirements and maintaining professional communication
- Project Management: Ability to manage workflows, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Consultative Sales: Provide solutions supporting brand standards and budgets

- Leadership: Take charge in the Team Leader’s absence
- Proactivity: Engage continuously in learning and process improvements
- Collaboration: Work effectively with teams, both independently and as part of a group
