The Team
Our Commercial Pricing Team is a group of nine colleagues united by a shared purpose: delivering pricing insight that helps shape smart business decisions. Working remotely and meeting quarterly, we collaborate openly, support one another, and combine our expertise to create meaningful impact. Together, we build trusted partnerships, drive value across the business, and celebrate our collective success.
What You Can Expect In This Role
- You’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing pricing models, rating structures, and optimisation techniques that support business objectives.
- You’ll work closely with underwriting, analytics, and business stakeholders, providing insight and recommendations to guide pricing decisions.
- You’ll contribute to continuous improvement by automating, streamlining, and documenting pricing processes and tools.
- You’ll use and develop your expertise in pricing and analytical platforms, including Radar, Emblem, SAS, SQL, and Python.
- You’ll present technical proposals to stakeholders, helping to support governance and decision-making processes.
- You’ll have opportunities to lead projects, manage key relationships, and support the development of others.
- You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who are committed to your learning, growth, and success.

What You Might Bring
- Experience in Pricing, Data Science, or Actuarial function in an insurance environment.
- Numerical Skills, a keen eye for problem solving with a willingness to learn and ask questions
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to share ideas and working independently
- An organised thoughtful way of working
- A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues
