Senior Pricing Analyst (Retail Pricing – Personal Lines)
Locations: Peterborough, Manchester, Stoke, Southport, Kent, London, Cambridgeshire
Working style: Hybrid and largely remote options available
Join a fast-paced, innovative Retail Pricing team where your modelling and analytical insight will directly shape pricing decisions and drive profitability across a broad personal lines portfolio.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and optimise pricing solutions aligned to commercial and customer outcomes
- Build and enhance performance monitoring frameworks, risk models and MI
- Deliver deep-dive analysis and predictive modelling to influence pricing decisions and tactical interventions
- Partner with Underwriting, Technical Modelling and Data teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
- Champion continuous improvement, automation and pricing best practice
- Support strategic initiatives and help embed changes into BAU
- Coach and mentor junior analysts

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in General Insurance Pricing (personal lines preferred)
- Strong coding skills in Python, R, SQL, PySpark and/or SAS
- Practical experience with modelling techniques such as GLMs, GBMs, Decision Trees, Neural Nets and Clustering
- Experience with pricing tools such as WTW Radar and/or Emblem
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear commercial recommendations

Salary: Up to £65,000 p/a + Bonus + Benefits
