The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to join our UK Pricing team. This newly created role will play a key part in supporting partners to drive profitability across their practices through strategic pricing, financial analysis, and innovative fee arrangements. Working closely with Business Development, partners, strategic client groups, and global pricing colleagues, you will help deliver commercial solutions that enhance client value and business performance.
The Team
Reporting to the Head of Global Pricing, you will be part of a collaborative global pricing function that supports the firm’s commercial objectives. The team works closely with partners, finance, business development, and client relationship teams to develop pricing strategies, improve profitability, and ensure consistent and effective fee management across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Analysis
- Develop creative fee proposals and complete RFPs for current and prospective clients.
- Analyze client financial performance data to identify opportunities for improved returns.
- Engage with partners quarterly to review practice profitability and recommend actions.
Rate Management
- Monitor and manage regional rate cards, ensuring consistency and alignment.
- Track fee arrangement expirations and coordinate renewals with partners and clients.
Process & Tools
- Implement tools and standardize processes for pricing reviews and approvals.
- Streamline data flow for informed decision-making and ensure quality assurance.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Business Development on client initiatives and RFP responses.
- Coordinate with global colleagues on fee agreement renewals and renegotiations.
- Facilitate clear communication and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers.
Compliance & Reporting
- Audit compliance with existing fee agreements and identify missed opportunities.
- Create visualizations (graphs, charts) to explain data and demonstrate trends.

Skills & Experience
Education:
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in financial analysis, pricing, revenue management, or legal service delivery.
- Law firm or partnership experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, modeling).
- Familiarity with financial reporting systems (Elite 3E preferred).
Personal Attributes:
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, confident, and resilient in the face of ambiguity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
