A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join its Global Strategic Pricing team in London.
This is a high-impact role supporting partners and senior leadership on pricing strategy, fee arrangements, and profitability analysis across global clients and matters. You will play a key role in driving commercial performance and improving pricing transparency and governance across the firm.
Key Responsibilities As The Senior Pricing Analyst
- Support the preparation of client and matter fee proposals, including data gathering and historical financial analysis
- Develop and model pricing scenarios and alternative fee arrangements to optimise outcomes
- Produce pricing and profitability analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in maintaining pricing governance frameworks, including approvals and performance tracking
- Work closely with partners and stakeholders to build matter budgets and provide commercial guidance
- Monitor matter performance, tracking profitability vs. budget across pricing structures
- Support responses to RFPs and client pitches, providing pricing and financial insight
- Deliver bespoke analysis to inform strategic pricing decisions

About You
- Proven experience in a pricing role within a professional services environment
- Strong analytical capability with advanced financial modelling skills
- Excellent Excel proficiency and experience working with financial systems
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders, including partners
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong commercial mindset

Desirable
- Experience with ERP or practice management systems (e.g. general ledger platforms)
- Exposure to legal or partnership-based environments
Working Environment
- London-based role with a hybrid structure (4 days in office)
