Selby Jennings are partnering with a leading UK personal lines insurer to appoint a Senior Pricing Analyst into a highly innovative pricing function.

This opportunity offers a unique blend of technical pricing, innovation, and business engagement, allowing you to play a meaningful role in shaping how pricing is developed, implemented, and leveraged across the organisation. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model of two days per week in the office, providing regular exposure to key stakeholders while maintaining flexibility.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience within general insurance pricing, ideally within a personal lines' environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a naturally inquisitive mindset.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insight.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment that encourages experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a range of stakeholders
