Senior Pricing Analyst
Senior Pricing Analyst – Commercial Transformation
Location: Remote (with EMEA preference) Reporting to: Head of Commercial Strategy & Pricing
Sapiens is seeking a commercially driven Senior Pricing Analyst to build and embed the company’s company-wide pricing capability as part of its growth-oriented transition to a SaaS-first, AI-powered business model.
This is a build-focused role, not purely maintaining existing processes. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end pricing workstreams, create robust pricing models, establish governance frameworks, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth—ensuring alignment with deal outcomes, commercial leadership, and cross-functional teams.
The role spans Property & Casualty, Life & Pension, Reinsurance, and AI platform businesses, spearheading a fundamental shift from licence-and-services to subscription-based models.
Key Workstreams & Ownership Areas
The Senior Pricing Analyst will lead or co-lead:
-
Enterprise Price Book Development
- Define and maintain a scalable price book covering licence, SaaS, services, and consumption-based models.
- Ensure price integrity reflects scalability, profitability, and market competitiveness.
-
Data-Driven Renewal Uplift Methodology
- Build a framework grounded in cohort, segment, and benchmark analyses to optimise renewal pricing.
-
AI Platform & SaaS Transition Modelling
- Analyse the revenue impact of migrating from traditional models to subscription and platform-based offerings.
-
Structured Pricing Governance
- Design and implement a process workflow (intake, SLAs, approvals, exception tracking).
- Establish clear ratification thresholds and escalation paths.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
