Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Fuel Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing team in Milton Keynes.

In this role, you'll help set and manage fuel prices across our UK retail network. You'll use market data, competitor insights and commercial analysis to support pricing decisions that balance competitiveness, volume and margin.

You'll work closely with colleagues across Pricing, Retail Operations, Data Science and Commercial teams to ensure pricing decisions are based on accurate data and a strong understanding of market conditions. You'll also help improve the tools, reporting and processes that support our pricing activity.

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-moving commercial environment where data and analysis directly influence business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage day-to-day fuel pricing activity across the UK network.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and cost movements to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Analyse pricing and performance data to support commercial decision-making.
  • Produce and maintain daily and weekly reports that help inform pricing activity.
  • Ensure pricing, cost and market data is accurate and available within reporting tools and systems.
  • Implement pricing changes in line with agreed processes, governance requirements and legal guidelines.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to provide pricing insight and support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting and ways of working.
  • Support the delivery of new tools, systems, models and pricing-related projects.
  • Partner with Data Science colleagues to develop insights and enhance pricing capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
