We are looking for a Actuarial Pricing Analyst to join our Protection Pricing team for a 12 month Maternity Cover. This is an exciting opportunity to influence pricing strategy across a high-profile insurance portfolio, helping to shape the future of products that protect millions of homes across the UK.

You will combine commercial insight, analytical expertise and innovative thinking to solve complex business problems, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver pricing solutions that make a real difference. Whether you are coming from insurance pricing, actuarial, financial services, consulting, retail pricing, or another analytical environment, if you enjoy turning data into commercial decisions, we would love to hear from you.

Why join us?

  • Make an impact: help determine how we price, grow, and optimise products used by millions of customers across the UK.
  • Work on innovative data science problems: use the right tools for the job, including Python, SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytical techniques, to solve real commercial pricing challenges.
  • Develop your actuarial career: if you are on the actuarial path, you can benefit from actuarial study scheme support while gaining hands-on insurance pricing experience.
  • Influence senior decisions: present recommendations to pricing leaders, finance teams, commercial stakeholders, and senior executives.
  • Flexible working that works: there are no compulsory office days, giving you flexibility to work in the way that helps you perform at your best while staying connected with the team.
  • Build your career: develop expertise in pricing strategy, customer behaviour, regulatory frameworks, advanced analytics, and commercial decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
