Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere. We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to join our Finance team and lead strategic pricing initiatives that support profitable growth and successful client outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop and implement pricing strategies, provide commercial insight on key proposals, and embed pricing best practice to optimise profitability. As part of a globally diverse and collaborative Finance function, you will play a key role in supporting informed decision-making, driving value, and contributing to the firm's continued success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the firm's pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and supporting profitable growth.
- Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing pricing team, setting clear goals, promoting collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee the commercial management of complex client fee arrangements and proposals, delivering insightful, commercially sound recommendations that balance client needs with firm profitability.
- Act as a trusted adviser to Partners and senior stakeholders, providing strategic pricing insight, constructive challenge, and expert guidance on negotiations, fee structures, and commercial opportunities.
- Lead key pricing governance processes, including Client Pricing Committee submissions, ensuring proposals are supported by robust analysis and clear commercial rationale.
- Coordinate and deliver critical annual pricing initiatives, including rate reviews and market analysis, leveraging competitive intelligence to inform recommendations and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Establish and maintain effective processes, controls and reporting frameworks to ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of pricing analysis, financial modelling, and performance monitoring.
- Drive commercial innovation and best practice by identifying emerging market trends, sharing pricing intelligence across the business, and developing strategies that enhance profitability, commercial awareness, and client value.

Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with experience delivering data-driven insights to support pricing decisions, fee arrangements, and risk management. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement through the use of automation, AI, and market intelligence to enhance pricing effectiveness and commercial performance. Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to develop high-performing teams, set clear objectives, and foster a collaborative and growth-focused culture. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage senior leaders, challenge constructively, and communicate complex commercial concepts clearly and effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
