Senior Pricing Manager
A leading global law firm is looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to join its London based Pricing team. This is a high-impact role, shaping pricing strategy at a firm level and working closely with Partners on complex, high-value client deals across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of firm-wide pricing strategy, ensuring proposals optimise profitability
- Lead and develop a high-performing pricing team
- Drive the global client fee deal process, taking proposals through the Client Pricing Committee
- Coordinate annual pricing processes, including rate setting and legal market competitive intelligence
- Act as an expert advisor on complex or novel negotiations and fee structures, including international client deals
- Maintain quality and accuracy across routine and bespoke financial modelling for panel and matter-level proposals
- Negotiate directly with clients, including travel to their offices locally and overseas
- Drive adoption of automation and AI tools to improve pricing performance and insight
- Deliver pricing insights and recommendations to Partners and senior stakeholders

Requirements
- 5+ years leading pricing within a global law firm or professional services environment
- Proven people management experience, having led and developed a team with international management being a benefit
- International exposure, with experience negotiating or working across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong working knowledge of AI and automation tools within a pricing or finance context
- Strong track record in commercial negotiations and complex financial modelling, including risk-based analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data visualisation ability
- Degree in a commercial subject (Accounting/Finance); ACA, ACCA or CIMA desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both clients and Partners
