We are working with a leading global law firm to appoint a Senior Pricing Manager into its London team.
This role sits at the heart of the firm's commercial strategy, supporting the UK business while working closely with a highly regarded EMEA pricing function. You'll operate in a global environment, partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and playing a key role in shaping pricing strategy on complex, high-value matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Pricing Manager, or a strong Pricing Manager ready to step up into a broader, more strategic role.
The Role
You will lead on pricing and commercial strategy for London, while contributing to cross-border initiatives alongside an established international pricing team.
You'll work closely with partners and business leaders to deliver innovative pricing solutions, support client negotiations, and enhance profitability across a diverse and complex workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pricing and commercial strategy across the UK practice
- Partner with senior stakeholders on fee arrangements, pitches, and client negotiations
- Develop and implement pricing models, financial analysis, and scenario planning
- Deliver pricing solutions for complex, often cross-border matters
- Support panel appointments, RFP responses, and strategic client relationships
- Advise on and structure alternative fee arrangements (AFAs)
- Review client terms and provide commercially focused recommendations
- Drive process improvements across pricing, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Leverage technology and data tools (including AI-driven solutions)
- Manage and develop a small London-based team

Team & Structure
- 2 direct reports (Senior Analyst + Analyst) in London
- Close collaboration with EMEA and US pricing teams
- Part of a well-resourced, global pricing function with senior leadership across Europe and the US
About You
- Strong experience in legal pricing or professional services commercial finance
- Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level, influencing partners and leadership
- Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and competing priorities
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling capability
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Management experience beneficial but not essential (open to step-up candidates)
- Experience working across international or multi-jurisdictional environments is advantageous
