Pricing Analyst & Senior Pricing Analyst

Locations: Peterborough, Manchester, Stoke, Southport, Kent, London, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid/Remote options available)

Department: Retail Pricing

Hybrid and largely remote options available

Join a fast-paced, innovative Retail Pricing team where your expertise will have a direct impact on trading performance, profitability and business growth. Working within a collaborative pricing function, you'll help shape pricing strategies, deliver data-driven insights and influence key commercial decisions across the business.

We're looking for talented Pricing Analysts and Senior Pricing Analysts to join our growing Pricing function. Whether you're developing predictive models, analysing pricing performance or leading strategic pricing initiatives, we have opportunities to match your experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, optimise and implement pricing solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain trading performance and monitoring frameworks, turning insight into pricing actions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis using statistical and predictive modelling techniques to support pricing decisions.
  • Work closely with Pricing, Underwriting, Data, Technical Modelling and wider business stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation, continuous improvement and pricing best practice.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic pricing projects and tactical trading initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior analysts (Senior Pricing Analyst role).

About You

We're looking for commercially minded, analytical professionals with:

  • Proven experience within General Insurance Pricing.
  • Experience using WTW Radar and/or Emblem (or similar pricing software).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, PySpark or SAS.
  • Experience with modelling techniques such as GLMs, GBMs, Decision Trees, Neural Networks or Clustering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to a range of stakeholders.
  • A passion for using data to influence commercial decisions and improve business performance.
