The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership position focused on driving commercial growth, expanding strategic client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of complex advisory engagements.
You'll work closely with C-suite executives at leading financial institutions, using data, market insight and industry expertise to support strategic decision-making while helping grow both the client portfolio and internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop strategic relationships across key retail banking clients.
- Drive revenue growth through account expansion, renewals and new business acquisition.
- Identify and convert new client opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
- Lead executive-level client engagements and strategic workshops.
- Translate complex performance data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple high-value client engagements.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction across all projects.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants and project teams.
- Contribute to new service offerings and go-to-market initiatives.
- Support the continued growth of the Retail Banking practice.

About You
Experience
- 10+ years' experience within consulting, financial services or market intelligence.
- Strong retail banking expertise across lending, deposits, payments, digital banking and customer operations.
- Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholder relationships at Executive or C-suite level.
- Experience growing strategic accounts and delivering commercial outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification or MBA advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong experience interpreting complex datasets and translating findings into commercial recommendations.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working with market intelligence or performance data.
- Strong understanding of retail banking operating models, cost drivers and performance metrics.
