The Role You will build deep analytical insights into priority business areas, diagnose performance drivers, and identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and decision-making. By combining game data, player insights, market context, and commercial understanding, you will craft clear actionable recommendations for King’s leadership. You won’t just explain what has happened—you’ll shape what should happen next.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a deep commercial understanding of priority business areas, diagnose performance drivers, and identify high-impact analytical work to improve business outcomes.
  • Identify and shape high-impact projects addressing:
    • Growth opportunities
    • Performance risks
    • Monetisation challenges
    • Player behaviour shifts
    • Operational inefficiencies
  • Translate diagnostic insights into clear recommendations, decision options, and action plans—highlighting trade-offs, risks, scenarios, and expected impact for senior stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business leaders, embedded analytics teams, product, finance, marketing, and strategy to drive analysis to action.
  • Define, challenge, and improve KPI frameworks for:
    • Business health
    • Growth
    • Monetisation
    • Player behaviour
    • Operational performance
  • Lead analytical input into key forums like:
    • S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
    • KTR (King Transformation Roadmap)
    • Quarterly Reviews
    • OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) Minimising analytical role-shifting—we want decisions-driven outcomes.
  • Raise the analytical standards across Central Analytics by coaching teams on:
    • Business diagnosis
    • Commercial reasoning
    • Storytelling
    • Stakeholder influence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
