We're hiring experienced a Senior Principal Consultant to join our fantastic Birmingham office.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, is self-motivated, and enjoys the freedom to build meaningful relationships without being driven by rigid KPIs. We offer the best of both worlds – the close-knit feel of a smaller office (10-15 people) combined with the resources, support and opportunities of a larger organisation.

The Opportunity
Join our Birmingham team and help grow an established contract or permanent desk as part of an exciting expansion strategy.
As a 360 Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client and candidate relationships, win new business, and drive successful placements.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a 360 recruitment role
- Contract recruitment experience preferred
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Driven, resilient, and results-focused
