Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant - Finance – Move from Contingent into Search
📍 London | 💰 Up to £60,000 Base + High-Value Fees
🎯 Average Fees: £75k–£150k
If you’ve built a strong contingent recruitment career but want bigger deals, deeper client relationships, and a more consultative model, this is the move.
You’ll join a specialist executive search environment focused on senior hires across strategy, transformation, corporate finance, M&A, and leadership roles — typically within private-equity backed and high-growth businesses.
