If you’re billing well but not seeing enough of it in your take-home… this is worth a look.

We’re partnered with a high-growth tech recruitment start-up building a strong presence across the North West. Led by experienced recruiters, they’ve stripped out the usual agency nonsense and built something far more adult.

No micromanagement. No KPI obsession. No fighting over roles.

Just good recruiters, trusted to get on with it—and paid properly for it.

💡 Why this role stands out 💰 Up to 50% commission (inclusive of base) Example: Bill £240k = take home £120k 📉 Lower billing thresholds vs most agencies Earn £120k on ~£240k–£266k billings (vs £360k+ elsewhere) 🧠 Own your market No crossover. Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It searches the market for you

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

🧑 💻 The role They’re hiring for two potential profiles:

  1. Software Development Recruiter (UK Market) Focus on any software vertical (Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby etc.) Full ownership of your desk within your chosen niche
