We are now looking for a Senior Print Supply Performance Manager to join our Publishing team.
You will work with our operational and wholesale partners to ensure that GNM printed products are supplied to retailers nationwide in the correct quantities, on time, every day.
About the role
- Set and manage daily and weekly product allocation processes, and overseeing subscriptions fulfilment and international distribution for Guardian Weekly
- Lead supply chain modernisation projects and partner initiatives to improve availability, reduce costs, and support retail growth
- Act as the key contact for UK wholesalers, distributors, and retailers solving supply and financial issues
- Adjust supply based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonal patterns, and reduce unsold copies without impacting sales
- Report on sales performance across all print products
- Contribute to the annual budget process and quarterly re-forecasting
- Track issues raised by CX across all print products and ensure they are resolved with distributors
About you
- Proven expertise in driving performance in ongoing subscription businesses
- Hands-on operator who can run a complex, daily process reliably, ideally with print media experience
- Commercially minded and understands sales vs waste trade-offs
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and multiple data sources to solve problems and report clear conclusions
- Confident dealing with partners and willing to challenge when needed
- Structured in how they solve problems, with proven project management capability to lead supply chain initiatives
- High attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy

Guardian News and Media is proud to be a London Living wage employer. The minimum salary for any full-time role within the organisation is £30,000 per annum. Salary ranges are dependent on skills and experience.
