Location: West London (Chiswick Business Park)
Working Model: Hybrid – 50% office-based and 50% remote.
The Role
The Senior Privacy Programme Manager is responsible for leading and continuously evolving the International Data Privacy Programme, ensuring it is effective, scalable, and aligned with regulatory, technological, and business priorities.
Operating across EMEA, APAC, and LAC, this role translates global privacy strategy into practical delivery, embedding privacy into business and technology processes and ensuring consistent implementation across diverse markets and operating models.
The role focuses on driving delivery against the privacy roadmap, strengthening governance and risk management, and enabling the responsible use of data to support business outcomes while protecting customer and employee information.
Working in close partnership with global and regional stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Security, and Operations, the role plays a critical part in enhancing the organisation’s overall privacy posture and building a strong, sustainable culture of privacy across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and managing the International Data Privacy Programme, ensuring delivery against strategic objectives, roadmap commitments, and organisational priorities
- Coordinating delivery of the global privacy roadmap, identifying interdependencies, removing blockers, and ensuring alignment across international markets
- Establishing and evolving programme governance, prioritisation, and performance management to drive effective and scalable outcomes
- Leading privacy risk management practices, including maintaining risk registers and proactively identifying and managing emerging risks
- Embedding privacy-by-design principles into business and technology processes, enabling responsible and compliant use of data
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with global privacy laws and regulations, translating requirements into practical controls across markets
- Providing clear, structured reporting and insights on programme performance, risks, and priorities to senior stakeholders
- Driving stakeholder engagement across Technology, Legal, Security, and Operations to influence decisions and embed privacy into business priorities
- Building organisational privacy capability through training, guidance, and engagement to promote a culture of shared accountability

- Bringing a strategic yet delivery-focused approach, balancing long-term programme goals with day-to-day operational priorities

What You’ll Bring
- Bringing experience managing complex privacy programmes within global, multi-market organisations
- Demonstrating strong capability in programme governance, roadmap delivery, and stakeholder coordination
- Having deep knowledge of global privacy regulations (including GDPR) and the ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Showing expertise in privacy risk management, including risk identification, tracking, and mitigation strategies
- Having experience integrating privacy into technology, digital, and data environments (e.g. analytics, AI, marketing platforms)
- Bringing strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrix environment
- Demonstrating strong organisational capability, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum
- Holding relevant privacy certifications (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM) or familiarity with recognised frameworks (ISO, NIST) as an advantage
