Senior Private Banker

In this Senior Private Banker role, you’ll build and grow your own portfolio of high net-worth clients, becoming their trusted point of contact across banking, lending, and investments. Joining at a time of growth, you’ll play a clear part in shaping the future of Weatherbys through the relationships you build and the judgment you bring.

Your focus will include:

  • Building and growing a portfolio of high net-worth clients
  • Acting as a trusted contact across banking, lending, and investments
  • Developing long-term client relationships based on trust
  • Delivering clear, compliant advice, tailored to client needs
  • Managing risk in line with FCA standards

What we’re looking for

Essentials

  • Experience building and growing a client book
  • Experience advising high net-worth clients
  • Strong communication with clear commercial judgement
  • Broad knowledge across private banking, lending, or investments
  • Sound risk awareness and understanding of FCA requirements

  • CeMAP, IAD, or PCIAM qualifications would be helpful
