Senior Private Client Lawyer & Technical Lead
Salary: £55,000+
Dependent on skills and experience, plus benefits Location: Sheffield, S21 3WY Contract: Full-time or part-time

Key Responsibilities
As Technical Lead, you will deliver expert guidance on intricate private client matters while providing mentorship and support to colleagues. Core responsibilities include:
- Advising on complex and taxable estates, focusing on inheritance tax planning
- Handling estate administration for high-value and complex estates
- Providing technical oversight and mentoring to junior team members
- Assessing new and ongoing cases, identifying risks, and recommending strategies
- Developing estranged and trust-planning services within Pavilion Row
- Building and nurturing client and professional relationships
- Managing a dynamic caseload requiring deep technical judgment

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Probate Practitioner
- Significant experience in Private Client law
- In-depth knowledge of Wills, Estate Administration, and Trusts
- Experience with inheritance tax planning and complex estates
- Exposure to high-net-worth clients and estates
- STEP qualification (TEP) required, or actively working towards it
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
