Are you an experienced Private Client Tax professional looking for a genuine leadership opportunity with a clear path for progression? We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm seeking a Senior Manager to join its growing Private Client Tax Advisory team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an impressive portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, trusts and internationally mobile clients. You'll play a key role in delivering complex advisory projects, developing junior talent, strengthening client relationships and driving the continued growth of the practice.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead complex UK and international private client tax advisory engagements.
- Advise HNW and UHNW individuals, entrepreneurial families, trusts and family offices.
- Provide strategic guidance on residence, domicile, international tax, succession planning, wealth structuring, IHT and CGT matters.
- Develop and maintain trusted adviser relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Manage, coach and mentor a talented team of tax professionals.
- Support Partners on business development initiatives, proposals and networking activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new work.
- Take ownership of client service delivery, budgets, deadlines and commercial performance.

About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
- CTA qualification (essential).
- ACA, ACCA, ATT or STEP qualifications advantageous.
- Strong private client tax advisory experience gained within a professional services environment.
- Experience advising HNW/UHNW individuals and internationally mobile clients.
- Excellent technical knowledge across private client taxation.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
