Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $30–$65/hour
Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Private Equity Expert to work on a contract basis. This role involves evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic insights to optimise portfolio performance. The position requires deep knowledge of private equity operations and a track record of driving value in portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial and operational due diligence on potential and existing portfolio investments.
- Lead the evaluation of investment opportunities, including:
- Market analysis
- Valuation modeling
- Risk assessment
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement value-creation strategies for portfolio companies.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and report key metrics to stakeholders regularly.
- Support fundraising initiatives by preparing detailed:
- Investment memoranda
- Presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in:
- Private equity
- Investment banking, or a related financial advisory role
- Strong proficiency in:
- Financial modeling
- Valuation techniques
- Due diligence processes
- Experience analyzing complex financial statements and identifying operational efficiencies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Excel
- PowerPoint
- Financial software tools
