Senior Private Nurse

Location: Kensington, London

Pay rates: £49,000 – £50,000 per annum

Permanent, Full-Time + on-call support

As a Senior Private Nurse, you will be central to delivering bespoke care. You will provide clinical leadership and oversight to the private nursing team, ensuring care is thoughtfully matched to the client’s needs and preferences.

You will coordinate rotas to ensure continuity and safety of care, oversee medication logistics, and manage stock and equipment to support seamless service delivery. Care plans, risk assessments, and policies are applied consistently and to the highest standard, with comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at the heart of every decision.

Role Requirements

  • An Adult Nursing degree with an active NMC pin.
  • Proven ITU / critical care experience, including competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation (essential).
  • Experience leading or managing clinical teams.
  • Experience delivering care in a community or home-based setting.
  • Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to provide care in various settings
  • The right to work in the UK
