Senior Private Wealth Fundraiser

Reforestation and climate foundation · Europe-wide · Fully remote

About the foundation

Our client is one of Europe's largest climate action initiatives, present in over 30 countries and working toward a mission of 500 million new trees for Europe. Over six years, the organisation has built a track record of delivering large-scale EU-funded reforestation programmes and raising significant private funding through major donors, foundations, grants, and carbon credits. Corporate partners include EY, Amazon, Microsoft, DHL, Nvidia, PayPal, HP, ING, ABN AMRO, and Huawei, among others. The client is an official contributor to the EU's 3 Billion Trees Pledge and supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The infrastructure, credibility, and materials are in place.

The role

This is a freelance acquisition role, minimum 2 days per week. You will focus entirely on unlocking new relationships with major donors, private foundations, family offices, and legacy givers across Europe, working directly with the CEO and with access to the full team as needed. We are looking for someone who thrives on opening doors and building relationships. The strategy is set and the credibility is built.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
