Location: Due to the nature of the role, we welcome applications from candidates within a reasonable commuting distance of any of our office locations located within the Midlands, North West and North East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of practical and compliant process engineering solutions aligned with project scope and client requirements.

  • Contribute to P&IDs, control philosophies and commissioning strategies.
  • Analyse site and sampling data to inform robust process design decisions.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary design team, clearly communicating process design intent.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, specifications and supplier documentation.

  • Undertake site visits, process surveys and provide process support during construction and commissioning.
  • Engage effectively with clients, contractors and suppliers.
  • Promote health, safety, environmental and sustainable considerations within designs.
  • Support project delivery with awareness of programme, budget and resource constraints.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practice and technical innovation.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to early‑career engineers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
